Cheval's Tomb is the tomb of Cheval, an inventor from the past. Cheval invented Cheval's Rope, a water proof rope and the Flippers, both of which are found within the tomb. Upon entering the tomb, there will be two Hardhat Beetles. To get the flippers you must jump over the water to the switch. If you time it right you should be able to get the flippers before the door smashes Link. After that, swim over to and get the Cheval's Rope.
