Captain Stalfos appears in Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland, and is he leader of the group of Stalfos pirates.

It is possible that he is the Captain who appears in Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages since they both command a pirate gang of Stalfos.
