The controversial symbol on an early Ocarina of Time block

Blocks which can be pushed around are an important element in the The Legend of Zelda series. Block pushing puzzles appear in every Zelda game. Blocks are used for getting to higher ledges, and to keep a switch on by pushing it on top of the switch.

The blocks in Ocarina of Time bear the same crescent-shaped symbol that appears on the Mirror Shield and is supposedly the Gerudo Symbol. Because of complaints of Muslims (the symbol looks a lot like the Islam symbol), the later versions of Ocarina of Time have a different symbol.
