Baris is a Hyrule Town resident in The Minish Cap. He owns the largest house in town, but is always found in Mama's Cafe.

At the end of the game, he is seen sitting outside of Mama's Cafe. Baris rewards Link if he collects 130 figurines: he will let Link inside his house, which contains a Piece of Heart, three chests with 200 Rupees each, and a phonograph accessing the Sound Test.

Trivia

Baris shares his generous personality, along with some of his physical traits, with Sam, the member of the Joyous Volunteer Association always sitting on a bench on Windfall Island in The Wind Waker.
